Tuna salad with cucumbers 

Use cucumber slices for crackers
mix together: 5 oz tuna, 
1/2 c cottage cheese and 
1 tsp mustard
eat on cucumbers.

Tomato slices go well on these too!

You can also fill a pepper with the mixture and be sure to get your healthy fat!  Avocado pictured below!
