Vitamix/ Blender Meals

Green Veggies and
Creamed Lean Dip

In the Vitamix combine: 
3/4 cup cottage cheese
3 oz cooked chicken breast
1/2 fresh banana pepper- or pickle
2 green onions- (Ends trimmed)
Dash season salt or

Blend on high until creamy.

Serve with sliced cucumbers,  Also pictures 1 small cooked zucchini.  Dip and enjoy.
